Last week we completed a project with EMG and the experience was excellent. Sasha was very professional, prompt and responsive to all questions we had thru the process. Their pricing was very competitive with many countertop options to choose from. Turn around time was quick and very efficient.
Working with EMG was such a wonderful experience! Their attention to detail, professionalism from designers to installers gave me so much peace of mind. The process was quick. They worked within my tight schedule. They showed up on time each and every appointment.
Working with the team at Eugene’s has been an absolute delight from start to finish. Having been through the process of having solid stone countertops installed in a previous home, I knew how long and drawn out the process can be. I shopped around and got quotes from many local fabricators before selecting EMG. I was first impressed with Galya and Diana’s fantastic communication and turnaround time on my initial quote with multiple stone options. They also worked with me on my tight schedule. Templating, fabrication, and installation only took 4 business days. Their attention to detail is unparalleled. Before any cuts were made they showed me what it would look like on the slab that I selected. Many of the other fabricators told me that to do my kitchen I would need 2 slabs and multiple seams. EMG flawlessly covered my entire kitchen with only one seam (at the sink) and even covered my buffet. As anyone in the building trades will tell you, houses in the Low-Country are never square or level. The installers leveled my countertops within 1/16 of level all the way around. Initially I had purchased brackets to go under the bar area on my countertops. The installer pointed out that it was not needed and refunded me the money. The bottom line, EMG saved me money, time, and their attention to detail is pure perfection and their customer service can’t be beat.

I highly recommend Eugenes Marble and Granite. They have done granite countertops in our kitchen, master bath, media center and two different projects in a finished room over a detached garage. They epitomize professionalism and and desire and willingness to get every detail just right. I would not consider anyone else for our granite countertop needs.
I would highly recommend Eugene’s Granite and Marble. They were very professional and had great suggestions for combining the granite I selected with tiles for a backsplash. They arrived on time, worked neatly and cleaned up after the job was finished. This is not my first kitchen remodel, but it was by far the easiest. For the quality of the work and materials, it was a bargain. Take the time to check them out. The personal attention is well worth the trip to Ravenel.

After looking at several other places for a remnant for my bathroom without any luck, two different people mentioned Eugene’s to me. It took me a little while to actually find them, but I am SO glad I did! Not only did they have the perfect piece for me, but they were all so pleasant to work with. Diana was so responsive, returning phone calls and running things as you wish every business would. The installers did a fantastic job as well.

We went to Eugene’s Marble and Granite of Charleston to purchase granite slabs for our kitchen and laundry room. They were so helpful in every aspect of the process, from the choosing of our granite, to showing us how they were going to template it, to the fabrication and installation. Everyone we dealt with was so professional and kind. They are also very responsive if you have any questions or need anything. We are very pleased with the job they did. I’ve been an interior designer for 27 years, and have used numerous companies. Eugene’s was by far the best experience I’ve had! They are extremely professional, reasonably priced, and do an excellent fabrication and installation. Lurii was excellent and did everything he promised, and followed up with each phase. Dianna was extremely responsive with all my questions and made all the timing work out, even when I had to change the install to an earlier day! I bought my stone from them as well, which is beautiful and very well priced. They are carrying many slabs which is great for both the convenience of “one stop shopping” and much better pricing. I’d give them 10 stars if I could! I HIGHLY recommend this company, and won’t use anyone else.
